Commencing operation in the year 1992, the company is currently the Selling Agent / Business Associate for Henkel Adhesives Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. AIL – Mumbai with 90 percent of its business activity devoted to marketing Solvent Based / Solvent Free Adhesives / Hotmelt for the regions Tamil Nadu, Karnataka & Puducherry. M.C.SHANKER, with a Graduate degree in Physics & a Post Graduate degree in Technology, has rich marketing experience for over five decades having worked earlier for two leading Companies in India and heading the Marketing Division over there – The Travancore Rayons Limited, India - Cellophane Films and Cosmo Films Limited, India – BOPP Films (Vice President – Marketing) for their products which are inputs to flexible packaging manufacturers.
Mr.Shanker traveled abroad frequently to U.K, U.S, Middle East, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka and China on several assignments promoting Exports, Project imports besides visiting several of the Trade Fairs in Germany and UK, Osaka/ Tokyo - Japan in 2004 and the last to Dusseldorf in June 2008 to meet Henkel in their headquarters besides viewing the Drupa / Inter Pack Trade Fairs, besides to US. LAAMIGANPATHY PVT. LTD. has a nice office set up in the heart of Chennai city, well equipped with supporting systems and adequately staffed with Chief Officer-Operations – Kalpana Shanker, a Post Graduate with 12 years business experience, overseeing all the operations; Sales Manager-Techno Commercial and Executive Assistants looking after all documentation, follow-up on collections and technical services.
The Company’s commitment to their Principals is working towards the targeted sales, booking of all orders, issuing indents and ensuring collections as per the agreed terms of payments, besides the most important function of providing the services and technical support assisted by the Principal’s Representatives.
